I started Merge Lane after spending more than 15 years helping businesses navigate acquisitions, growth initiatives, and periods of transformation.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside founders, executives, and investors during some of the most important moments in a company’s journey. Early on, I saw firsthand how disruptive a poorly executed integration can be for employees, customers, and the business itself. It reinforced my belief that successful transactions aren’t just about getting a deal done. They’re about what happens afterward.

What I enjoy most is working directly with founders and leadership teams. Founders bring a level of passion, vision, and commitment that’s hard to replicate, and I enjoy helping them navigate important decisions as their businesses evolve.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dogs, Tommy and Poppy. If you’ve ever been on a video call with me, there’s a good chance you’ve already met them.
